Why we started & Ricky?
After working with Mindset experts for a decade and seeing the struggle people go through to change their fear and scarcity based mindset to a positive mindset, we understood that in order for people's lives to truly transform, a strong mindset is needed to be built early and not when they in their 30's and 40's.
While traditional education allows children to develop a competitive mindset, science has now shown that most of children's beliefs are formed before they are 8 years old and these beliefs about oneself form the mindset.
Even though, now we are aware of how important mindset is in our daily lives, there are no tools for parents, that help them build a strong, positive mindset in their children, consciously.
& Ricky was created to help parents consciously build positive mindset in their children through science-backed belief building stories.
