1. Cancellation Before Fulfilment
Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of order placement and receive a full refund.
2. Refunds After Dispatch
Since & Ricky is a structured emotional development system with digital support (e.g., guided rituals, WhatsApp sequences), we do not offer returns once the product is dispatched and the system access has been provided.
3. Defective or Damaged Goods
If a physical product arrives damaged or materially defective, customers must contact support within 72 hours of deliverywith photo evidence. We will review and, if approved, issue a replacement or full refund.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days, subject to banking procedures. Estimated timelines are standard for e-commerce refund processing in India.
5. No Refunds After Use Begins
Due to the nature of belief installation systems and digital content, refunds will not be provided after the system has been accessed or used.
